Ferry day 8 has seen us fly from Bali to Broome in the north of Western Australia.

Another long fight today from Vietnam to Bali – 6.7 hours all up.
Rest Day in Vietnam: Ho Chi Minh City
We have just spent two nights in Ho Chi Minh City (a.k.a. Saigon) and its been a fascinating experience.

Its quite mesmerising (to someone who hasn’t seen it before – like me) to watch busy intersections in Ho Chi Minh city and to observe the ballet vehicles and people crossing each others paths without a crash to be seen.
Ferry Flight 6: Thailand to Vietnam
Today the mission was to travel from Chiang Rai (Thailand) to Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam).

A long flight today from India to Thailand – nearly 7 hours from getting into the aircraft to getting out of it.
